I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Lagom Celebrations! I am seven months pregnant and did not have the energy to pull off my son’s 2nd birthday party, but I knew Caroline could come to the rescue. All I had to do was share a vague vision—a splash party—and she took care of absolutely everything else.

From the start, Caroline created a beautiful Google document filled with links, inspiration photos, and her vision for the day. She came to set up the day before, arrived early on the day of, and even stayed throughout the party to make sure everything looked perfect. She was replenishing pizzas, tidying up, and handing out favors at the door. All I had to do was be in the moment!

Her eye for detail is unmatched. Caroline thought of everything: little beach balls floating in the pool and strung along the fence, a rubber ducky garland, a coloring station with rubber duckies, and water bucket favors for each child. Every touch was cute, fun, and on theme. Guests could not stop complimenting how beautiful and seamless everything was, and the kids had an absolute BLAST. People kept asking me how I managed to pull off such an epic party while pregnant, and I happily shared my secret: Caroline!

If you’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, creative, incredibly organized, and who will make your vision come to life (and then some), Caroline is your person. She made our son’s second birthday party a dream come true.

I was honestly hesitant to hire a party planner for my son’s third birthday, but working with Caroline was worth it in every possible way.

From the very beginning, she was an absolute joy to work with. She has incredible taste and such creative ideas, and somehow made the entire process feel collaborative and fun.

And when I say she handled everything, I truly mean everything. Caroline designed custom artwork for the invitation, sourced and ordered every detail, and seamlessly pulled it all together. She arrived at 8am the morning of the party and stayed through the evening, setting up, prepping, and even literally chopping fruit. She brought her own items, coordinated all vendors, and even went as far as calling the city to reserve parking for a specific vendor. It was unbelievable.

Caroline went above and beyond at every turn—creating custom signage, thinking through every last detail, and executing my son’s rainbow theme in a way that completely wowed our guests. She is extremely detail-oriented- down to arranging the snack table in perfect rainbow color order, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. The play stations she created were a huge hit—my son was absolutely over the moon, and we received endless compliments from everyone who attended.

What impressed me most was how effortlessly she pulled everything together. She had ideas I never would have thought of and executed them seamlessly. She’s also incredibly flexible and rolls with any changes without missing a beat.

Simply put, she goes the extra mile in every way. I can confidently say I will never throw another party without Caroline and Lagom Celebrations.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Caroline from Lagom Celebrations! She helped us throw the sweetest Valentine’s Day party for my son and his friends, and it was an absolute blast from start to finish!

Caroline totally got the vibe we were going for and brought it to life in the most magical way. The decorations? STUNNING. The flowers? GORGEOUS. The atmosphere? So warm and charming, it felt like we’d stepped into a storybook Valentine’s Day. She truly transformed my chaotic kitchen you would never know we were in there!

The kids had the best time—making cute little Valentine cards, decorating cookies (and sneakily eating the frosting), and just soaking up all the fun.

Our granddaughter loves to play, read about and imagine life as a mermaid. For her 2nd birthday, we wanted to find a venue where we could have room for all our little guests and their parents as well as honor Claire's love of everything mermaid. The best location for this was at our favorite local My Gym in Brentwood but while it allowed for all the people and play we wanted, there is no real decor and certainly nothing mermaid themed other than the wave game and fish puppets.
No worries though as Lagom Celebrations transformed the everyday My Gym space into a magical land under the sea. When we arrived, I couldn’t believe how much it looked and felt like a mermaid’s playground. Complete with life like looking blue and aqua jellyfish hanging from the ceiling, to sea plants, sea creatures, shells and sparkles adorning the tables, to sea shells shaped plates and mermaid shaped napkins and themed snacks (healthy dried seaweed or favorite goldfish) to go with the delicious local pizza. And to top it all off Lagom made sure to have a beautifully decorated under the sea cake as well as custom crafted mermaid tail cake pops in three different flavors with multi-color gold tinged frosting. Parents and kids alike could not stop ohing and awing at, and of course, savoring them.
Every detail I might imagine and much more was thoughtfully included in a seamless presentation that raised everyone’s happiness level including mine, and, I was able to play with my granddaughter and visit with our guests the whole time. It was truly a Lagom Celebration!!

The invitations, the event space, the flowers, the decorations, and the catering were perfection. This thoughtful blend allowed the mother to be to shine and her friends and family to relax and enjoy themselves.
